He is a Chartered Engineer & a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering (India), Institution of Valuers (India), a Member of American Society of Appraisers (USA), A Regd Valuer under section 34 AB of the income tax & Wealth Tax Act 1957, Govt of India. He has been serving last 40 years as a consultant to Govt/Semi Govt/PSU/Corporate clients Spread over India, Bhutan, Nepal, and beyond which enables him to have a large tapestry of In-depth experience of valuation of tangible & intangible assets involving diverse industries viz, large and medium Hydropower plants, steel plants, steel plants, ferro Silicon and Ferro alloys plants, Ferro Silicon Magnesium plants, Mines & mineral industries. Cement, Chemical & Other Continuous Process Industries, Distilleries, Cigarette manufacturing and Readymade textile plants, wood Based Industries, Rigid PVC Pipes & Films manufacturing plants, food & Milk Processing industries, Real Properties, Five-star hotel (le’ Meridien, Thimphu), Tea processing plants & plantation, large automatic particle board and gyp board plants, large residential complexes etc. and boundless creativity by navigating vibrant terrain and cultural nuances of people and places, real and surreal.
